. . . . . . I had a nice drive to Beaverton today. I had to go down so they could download whatever information they get from my pacemaker. The lady said I was doing well and still have about five years of battery life left. Getting my battery changed in five years is something to live for. I was home by 3:00 and had considered stopping by the bowling alley again but changed my mind because I was getting hungry. If I had bought dinner ‘out’ I know I would have eaten way too much and I don’t want to do that. I really do want to lose about ten pounds and ordering food out is not a good idea for me.
