WEDNESDAY

. . .  .ChiChi is showing a lot of improvement today. I did leave him home while I spent four cool hours at the fishing hole. I didn't catch any fish but I feel sure that if there were any there and they liked fish eggs I would have had a strike or two. . . . . No rain today and the wind was not too bad but I never did feel comfortable.
