TUESDAY

. . . . .I made no effort to go fishing today because although my back was better I felt it best to not push things too much. As the day wore on I found that the pain returned and even though the weather turned out great I was glad I stayed inside. I did walk to the mailbox to mail a card to Terri but that was the total of my exercise for the day. I will apply some more Hot and Icy this evening; it helps a lot.
