SUNDAY

. . . . I watched the Seattle game today. Lots of fun but again very one sided. We had plenty of rain and I stayed home all day trying not to overeat. I did put another two thousand steps on my stepper. As near as I can figure that amounts to about one mile on a slight upgrade. Nothing spectacular but it sure beats no exercise at all and that is what I would be doing without the stepper.
