WEDNESDAY

. . . . . .ChiChi and I went on a forty minute walk before lunch today. We walked the country road down toward the river. Poor dog got all dirty from the belly hairs down so I am afraid it is about time for his winter bath. We were lucky not to get rained on but the wind was cool enough without it. It certainly was not a slow, leisurely stroll, we moved along at a good clip the whole time. I was pleased to note that I was doing well enough to not stop and catch my breath on the last grade coming back. That is rare for me. In warmer weather I am not so lucky.
