SUNDAY

................I walked another two miles today. It would really be nice if I could continue this habit when I get home but the first rainy day will shoot that idea all to pieces. I had a fine lunch; it's called Frito Pollo which translates to fried chicken but it is actually closer to Chicken Catchetori which I can not spell and doubt this spell checker can correct. Perhaps the chicken is fried at first but then is cut into bite size and mixed with onions, green pepper, tomatoes  and spices before being stir fried. It is a very healthy meal and no really spicy spices are used so it is not 'hot'. I will attempt to create it at home but I will use dark meat rather than the breast of the bird.
This first picture is of a billboard showing a photo of the Cerritos Area North of Gold Zone. Cerritos is as far North of the city as the city busses go. These accompanying pictures are of the area shown as tan in color [the beach area]
This second picture is taken where the buses drop their passengers before making the U turn to the left and head back toward the city.
Another panorama attempting to show the length of the shopping area and the many bars, the next shot is a continuation of the above building.

Directly across the street from the fancy new buildings are the original tourist destinations made famous before the fancy developers came in and made thing more comfortable for the visiting Gringo's.

The fishermen are delivering fresh fish to their customers at the restaurants. The original restaurants are always busy and the food is as good as any in town.
