It is after sunset and the shadow of the pedestrian railing is caused by the Malecon street lights.
Several Kiddie Floats were not used in the MondayNight Gold Zone Parade that I never saw. They were parked on the Malecon and I suppose they will be used Tuesday Night.
She enjoyed having the doggy getting his picture taken but was not pleased that she was in the picture too. Her boyfriend was laughing at her. This is the only flash picture of this group. The available light shots are an art all to themselves, I perhaps got two good ones this night.
